Sole Composition bottle # 87 of 119. Pours a raspberry tinted dark orange with a white frothy head. Nose is raspberries, melon, honeydew, and some fruit funk. Taste is raspberries, tons of cherry, strawberry and a bit of blueberries too. Finishes moderately dry. Very fruit forward and juicy with a nice, soft carbonation.

Thanks to Reynolds314 for sharing at the RBNE gathering. Very rare occasion where I like a sour, I enjoyed this one rather much. Aroma is blended strawberry, blackberry and cherry notes, sour oak, wild yeast.

Flavor is lightly acidic, with lots of berry, light oak barrel, delicate flavors. Balance of fruit and funk is nice. Mellow sourness with tons of fruit. Pretty tasty stuff, really enjoyed it which for me; is rare in the style. Liked it!

Sort of underwhelming, considering how good Four Play is, the raspberry and cherry don’t really provide much more than a light and hard to distinguish sweetness, not very complex, still tasty but basically a Bruery beer.

Pours amber cherry hazy with nice pinkish hued head. Aroma brings cherries and wild yeast blended so well in the nose. Flavor brings light cherry and wild yeast blended smoothly and ending easily on the palate.

750ml bottle shared by Dean. Poured a so so looking deep reddish brown body with minimal off white foamy head. Aroma is the best part of this beer. Loads of sourness, cherries, raspberries, lemons. Palate is scratchy and acidic, a slight burn on the end from the sourness. Flavor isnt as good as the aroma. Notes of fruit, cherry meat and light raspberry, light wood, lemon, touch of band aid.

Bottle supplied by Reynolds314. Many thanks! To undersized snifter, it pours a dark reddish orange. Acidic majesty. Sours cherries and lambic dregs.

Sample from bottle. Hazy orange with patchy foam. Cherry and slight citrus aroma. A little thin at first then opens up with a sour wash of what tastes like forest/hedgerow berries. Tasty stuff. I liked the intriguing fruit character.

A - pours a hazy, almost cloudy cherry cider red/brown with very low almost white head. S - well this smells like a kreiky/framboise. Acetic acid and lemon juice lead to raspberry juice, tart cherries, fleshy blackberries, and apple juice. Some sulfur, barrel funk, lacto and lemon zest. M - nice rounded sour with a good balance between tartness and sweet. Medium/light body, no carb, dry acidic finish. T - the taste is raspberry/cherry apple juice, some blackberries. Acetic acid and lemon juice for sure. Quiet barrel funk and wet oak. O - Very kriek/frambois combo. 4.1

Sampled at RBNEG, Waterbury Vt. Pours hazy pink/orange with a thin pinkish head. Tart fruit aroma with some sour funk. Flavor is more tart fruitiness with some oak. Average body with active carbonation.

Bottle as shown thanks to Phil. Pours a cloudy amber with small white head that lasts. The aroma is raspberry, funk, oak. Medium mouthfeel with cherry skin, raspberry, funk, and light sour finish. Very good.
