COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made for an annual event/program called Beers Made by Walking. Elderflower and elderberry put it in a whiskey barrel of Seven. Later added a sweet orange peel infusion plus fresh orange peels in the final week of maturation.

Draft at the brewery. Light copper with a ruby hue, mild vanilla, oak and booze layered on top of a sour malty presence with yeast, corriander, orange zest, and a bit of chardonnay. Moderate body and carbonation, dry finish, tart and tasty.

Reddish pour, off white head. Flavors of bourbon, vanilla, oranges, spice, yeast, vinous notes, golden raisins. Cool stuff!

Big, juicy red fruit nose with an acidic tang. Super dry in the mouth, burst of bourbon, solid fruit.

Draft at the source. Hazy ruby color, off white head. Beautiful floral aroma, with vanilla and summer fruit in the background. Taste is also floral, with not much bourbon present, just traces of vanilla.

Had this on tap at the brewery. Poured a reddish brown color with a medium white head. An interesting nose dominated by floral and light fruity elements. A smooth vinous, almost white wine flavor, light bourbon, vanilla, oranges, some earthy yeast. Very interesting and tasty brew.
