Bottle, 75cl. It’s a clear one, well there’s a light haze, golden in color and with a small, white head. Peaches, barnyard, some maltyness, vinegar hints and a leathery note in the aroma. Very tart on the palate, teeth-cleansing, medium bodied and quite flat. Lots of peaches in the flavor, quite funky and lemony. Lasting finish with mostly peaches. Well, it’s nice indeed, but it’s actually too dry to be pleasant too drink. Wouldn’t mind having it again though. 121109

Bottle at DC Epic Sour Tasting 2014, courtesy of noodleuser, thank you sir! I’ve been tantalizingly close to tasting this one several times before, thank, Joel, for finally making it happen. Hazy yellow color, fluffy of white head. Gorgeous aroma of perfume, fresh meadows, light funk, grapes that have been carried around in someone’s grandmother’s skin folds (and I mean hat in a good way). Taste is softly sour mixed summer fruit, lavender, berries. Delicious.
