Minty and sweet bright apricot with a sweet doughy aspect and light vanilla. The taste is similar, spicey, interestingly sweet and doughy. The peppery spice is more assertive with the fruit favors still bright, a touch acetic and rather sour. The body is well carbonated, light and airy.

A spicey sour? It is nice, the spcie notes of the yeast and the pepper works well, medium to low sourness.

Pours a clear golden color. Aroma is flowery, sour and fruity. Taste has some dill, flowers and chili. Thin bodied with some head. Really, quite nice.

Nose of tart tangy barrel wheat some spicy pepper vegetal notes ginger too. Hazy orange thin head. Flavors of tangy wheat sour notes lemon vegetal pepper notes wood notes lemon ginger. Interesting. Nice carb light body interesting beer.

750ml bottle, thanks to GT2. Poured a cloudy yellow color with a lasting thin, off-white head. Aroma is saison yeast notes with some light pepper notes. Flavor is notes of yeast with some nice hot, spicy pepper notes. Quite enjoyable.

The beer is fairly hazy and golden hued with a small white head. The aroma offers chile peppers, white wine, farmhouse yeast. Aggressive hot chili spice asserts itself in the flavor much more than the aroma. Heat grows to the finish, with a Tabasco aftertaste. Interesting and intriguing. Lemons and floral notes. A solid beer. Best for sharing with a group.

Capped 750 from Malt & Vine. Pours light hazy gold with a transient white head. Aroma of light fruit. Citrus. Med minus body. Flavor is lime with chilies. The chili accumulates. Capsaicin reaction. Works up on ya. It’s really good.

Bottle shared by bhensonb . Pours yellow with a thin white head and a floral citrus aroma. There is a light wheat flavor with a hint of chili peppers that builds up after a few sips. The peppers are not overwhelming, making this a pretty drinkable brew.
