Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of yeast, lemons, straw, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, pepper, straw, and yeast, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

75 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is fruity, light citrusy. Light ginger, citric and crisp fruity. Bitter, citric and crisp fruity. Bitter and light citrusy finish.

Aroma is floral but also yeasty, and a note of sweetness and lemon. Apperance is a bit cloudy with a white head that doesn’t linger very long. Taste is sweet/ tart and a backend of bitter and floral. Palate is thin/ dry. Overall this is flavorful and easy drinking. A really nice refreshing saison.

Bottle - Pours clear amber with a thin white head. Nose is very dry, with light white pepper, pungent florals, and a dry, dusty yeast. Taste is the same--some dry crackery malt, lots of perfumey florals, a bit of menthol, and a long, sharp finish. Light and fluffy body, with lots of sharpness. Too perfumey and floral for me--I guess I just don’t like dry beers with big floral additions.

Golden color, hazy with a thin white head. Nice Saison. Tasty yeast and malt flavors. This was one of the best I have ever had.

(750ml bottle) Purchased at The Strath; thanks Lon for bringing this in. Pours a huge head and clouded, highly carbonated light gold body. Nose is similar to Soriachi Ace and slightly sour with vanilla. Great yeasty front, tonic and fragrant floral hops. Very enjoyable.

Cloudy straw color. Aroma is floral, fit funky, some straw. Tastes like flowers and little else. Low carbonation and smooth.

Aroma is subtle. Slightly tropical, floral and farmhouse is there. Big pillowy head golden brown. Really tastey and easy drinking. Funky slight pineapple, flowers come through, light hops. Tons of lacing. Sweetness of some malt, hops slightly resinous hits with earthy ness. Great summer Saison.
