Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, flowers, light to moderate hoppy, flowers, moderate yeasty, fruity, riped fruit, chamomile flower, elderberry flowers ? Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, spicy, flowers, riped fruit sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120920]

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of yeast, lemons, straw, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, pepper, straw, and yeast, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Flavor of orange peel, pineapple, grains of paradise, brett, ginger, yarrow (not a fan..), vanilla, florals, and peach.

mild aroma, flowers, mild malts. flavor is sourish, citrussy, oranges, dry and sourish, fruit juicy, not so much brett like notes. very tasty and refreshing.

Capped 750 from Belmont Station. Pours hazy apricot with a creamy off-white head. Aroma is strongly but strangely spicy floral. Med body. Very light carbonation. Makes me think of fennel for some reason. There’s earthy citrus. A very laid back saison. Finishing floral and earthy.
