COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Four is truly a light yet flavorful beer. The recipe uses a good portion of wheat and incorporates a sour mash into the process to make it slightly tart and extra refreshing. It has delicate aromas and flavors that span a range of floral, grassy and herbal notes. The finish is extra dry and makes the beer a great beverage to pair with food, especially various cheeses and shellfish.
Malts: organic pale, organic wheat, organic munich
Unmalted: rolled wheat
Hops: hallertauer mittelfrüh

Courtesy of sebletitje. Pours hazy deep gold with thin white head. The aroma is full with grains, honey, lemon acidity and herb-y spices as well as bits of wheat and yeast. The taste is effervescent across the palate punctuating notes like yeasty spices, lemon, graininess, herbaliness, mild tartness too, wheat and a thin layer of yeastiness. Darn tasty stuff.

750 from bottleworks.

Golden-orange pour with a nice white head. Herbal nose, lovely, slightly lemon-tinged flavor, minerally and a bit funky, like a mellower (maltier) Avril. I can’t overstate how thrilled I am to see US brewers working on these table-saison styles. Very easy drinking, good rich flavors for 4.5% but totally a biere de table. Delicious! Exceptional.

750ml bottle from 16th St. Liquor in West Vancouver. Poured a light, cloudy yellow gold colour with a voluminous, puffy white head. Aromas of wheat, farmhouse funk, spices, and citrus. Tastes of citrus, wheat, and lighter spiciness. Overall decent but not exceptional. A reasonable session beer but not at this price point ($12 a bottle).

Thanks to thirdeye11 for sharing this bottle. This was sampled alongside Upright 5, 6 and 7. The beer pours a hazy light yellow color with a white head. The aroma is lemon, citrus, spices and coriander. The flavor is lemon and orange citrus with some wheat and spicy hops. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
