COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Four is truly a light yet flavorful beer. The recipe uses a good portion of wheat and incorporates a sour mash into the process to make it slightly tart and extra refreshing. It has delicate aromas and flavors that span a range of floral, grassy and herbal notes. The finish is extra dry and makes the beer a great beverage to pair with food, especially various cheeses and shellfish.
Malts: organic pale, organic wheat, organic munich
Unmalted: rolled wheat
Hops: hallertauer mittelfrüh

Muddy blond color with creamy head. Very light beer, with a breadish touch; low bitterness; medium dry mouthfeel.
Not enough character; easy.

750ml bottle pours a hazy straw color with a bit of head. Mild yeast and sourness with some orange peel flavors. Lower alcohol makes it very easy going.

Pours hazy light orange with a sudsy white head. The aroma has fruity Belgian yeastiness, spice, ripe peaches, pale malt and a nice cleanness. It has a light body that has a little bit of helf, but still crisp and gentle sharp carbonation. The flavor has some of the fruitiness, but it is much drier - it has more of a lightly under-ripe apricot presence. There is a also pepper, herbs, grass, light sulfur and a bit of floral notes. The finish has a bit of bread and granola and snappy herbal bite. Very enjoyable sessionable beer.
