Pour from Scott at his tasting, thanks a ton! Pour was clear reddish with slightly off white head, aroma brought notes of sour cherry and raspberry, some sweet pie cherry but not overwhelming, some nice funky and tart notes with hints of other white fruit in there as well. Taste was a mix of nice tart cherry with hints of sweet raspberry and jammy cherry as well, goes into some slight funk and vinous notes, tart lemon in there as well finishes it dry and fairly lactic. Nicely done brew.

750 ml bottle shared with Doodler and company poured a hazy pinkish amber with a lasting offwhite head. Aromas of cookie, spice, light fruittiness and light straw. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry lightly tart finish. Flavors of straw, sour berries and a hint of spice with a crisp dry fruity finish.

Another Upright shared by emacgee! Thanks Ethan! Pours a pinkish orange with a small white head. Nose is pinot, lacto, red fruit tartness. Flavir is similar. The barrels add some nice complexity to the four which I found to just be okay. Enjoyed this one. Boobies!!!

Great aroma, very strong cherry aroma dominates, with sourness mixed in. Light pinkish colour, great clarity. Small head forms and dissipates quickly. Taste is tart, strong cherry flavour with a little malt. More sour and tart as it warms. Some funky notes. Overall a very well balanced fruit sour.

Bottle shared by the Bastardos at Muckfest II on 6/25/11. Pours clear amber with a thin off-white head. Tart fruit aroma with less of a peppery yeast note and more fruit. Tart fruit flavor with a bit of sweet fruit in there as well before a nice crisp sour finish. Very good.

Thanks to Renny for sharing this Portland gem. Pink color with a frothy head. The aroma is tart cherries and a good dose of brett. The flavor is nicely sour with a lot of lacto and some supporting cherry tartness. Remains light and drinkable with almost no alcohol presence. Very crisp finish. Nice stuff. Upright may just be carving a new path to sour beer in portland right now, and Cascade had better take note.
