Bottle, courtesy of a çhïłł brœ, shared in a location remote of my living room.
The beer pours a hazy yellow with a good head and nice lacing on the glass.

The atom aid funky and a little bit salty. It’s got some musty character, some peppery stuff, and a bit of lemon rind.

The flavor is lightly fruity and only a touch tart, the coriander and salt are indeed noticeable but not overwhelming. The beer is lightly sweet up front with a lingering dry finish.

Pretty great stuff, but way low on the sour end compared to what a whole lot of folks are doing w/ this style as of late.

Bottle 750mL. White head not sticky, bright golden colour is beautiful. Spicy aroma of yeasts, clear and cool. Pleasant bright floral tastes of malts and salt, and finishes a subtle flavour of hop and yeasts, pretty good.

Cloudy blond color with compact head. It has a nice citrusy touch, moderate acidity, light saltiness, and a light wheat bread character, everything I need for this kind of refreshing beer.

750 ml bottle, picked up at the brewery last week. Pours hazy deep gold with tons of off-white head; good retention, decent lacing. Coriander; toasty wheat; pepper, nice fruit/peppery notes reminiscent of a saison. Refreshing; lightly tart. I suppose it’s a bit non-traditional (or at least, that’s what I’ve been told), but I’m not big on tradition anyway, and this is very tasty.

Received in the 2014 Winter Secret santa -- This was a delight to drink. Very refreshing with salt that gets your attention. Just great, I would love to drink this again, and again, and again, and you get the point.
