COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Jasmine Pils uses our recipe for the Engelberg but substitutes organic jasmine pearl tea for the late hop additions, creating a delicate floral aroma and slightly earthy tea notes in the flavor. To enhance this character, the beer was formulated to finish extra dry and the finish was softened a bit by adjusting the minerals in the water. 5.1%

Clear yellow with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma of Pills malts and straw. Flavors are herbal, cereal and straw
A decent Pils, not much jasmine.

On tap at Upright, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out jasmine green tea and grassy hops. Flavour is similar, with a good mix of biting grassy hops and jasmine green tea, finishing with a nice sharp hop bite. Highly drinkable and pilsner-like, despite the green tea addition. Great one.

On tap at Bailey’s Taproom. How I ended up there I don’t know. Damn, I missed Santeria again! Pours a clear copper color with a large white head. The aroma is massive perfumy jasmine. The flavor is medium Pils malt, dry, robust floral notes, the jasmine is huge, pepper. Very drinkable. Pear perhaps? Very easy going and great for what it is.
