Bottle at Epic Sour Tasting 2014 courtesy of MrChopin, thanks! Clear golden color, large white head. Aroma of duty grapes, pear. Taste is lightly vinous funky stone fruit. Very tasty.

Hazy golden pour. Quite acidic and funky on the nose. Iím going to go with muscat tinged baby shat. :) Tastes kinda like that too...in a good way. Not the world class beer that Fantasia was, but pretty nice.

Pours a light hazy gold with no head. Aroma of white wine, grainy wheat, funk and oak. Taste is tart and dry, white wine, wheat and oak. Light yet, tart and vinous. Really nice sour.

Bottle sent to me by Prufrockstar - thanks!! Hazy orangish amber pour with a slight white head. Pear, grape and a slight funk in the nose. Slightly tart taste, lots of stone fruit, grapes and a little oak tannin in the finish. Quite nice.

Bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a tiny white head. Nose is sublime, with fresh muscat grapes, some light funk, and citrus zest. Flavour is exquisitely complex, with loads of grape must, funk, and zest. Very complex and funky, with amazing depth. Wonderful stuff.

Pour is clear golden color with a tight white head. Nose is huge grape and peach with notes of dusty brett. Taste isnít quite as bright, brett is a bit stronger and the peach and tangerine seem lighter. Brett has a citrusy presence with a hint of dustiness to it. Body is medium with moderate carbonation and a silky fell.

750 ml shared by pantanap. Thanks, brother! Been after this for awhile now. Pours a well hazed gently darker golden orange hue. Frothy creame hued head dies to a mellow film and decent ring. Aromas are potent white grape, lactic and yogurty elements. Touches of fruity melon, white grape, oak and touches of vanillin, faint butter and funk. Initial is oaky, white grape and gentle fruit. Touches of oak, some Lacto and sourness. A bit of earth, white wine and mellow sweetness. Some touches of sweetness, lemon and yogurt. A younger, more mellow sour element. Some gentle funk, buttery vanilla oak. A bit sweet, mellow deadened carbonation. Backend is a bit dry, gentle funk and firmer oak. Oak wine, a bit of winey warmth. Finish is a bit tart, lactic and prickly. A bit sweet, undercarbed and hot. This is a bit messy but not bad. The sourness never truly asserts. A bit of a mixed bag.

Pre-DLD bottle share at Hampton Inn. Hazy yellow with a medium off-white head. Aroma is of grapes, light sweetness, sour funk, and lemon zest. Flavor is similar with a bit more oak and bitterness added in.
