bottle shared by tom10101, thanks bro! pours hazy very pale golden with a small white cap, some retention and lacing. peaches and vanilla - perhaps some white grape meat; brett and light butter - never overwhelming, almost doughy honeyed maltiness, light oak, light acidity - complex flora, bitter herbs. light carbonation, light body - very oily, relatively dry spicy-herbal finish. very nice!

Pours a lightly hazed golden with no head and no lace. Nose is of fruits and light vinegar. Taste carries some light oxidative notes and is moderately tart. Flavors are fruity as well and reminescent of peaches. Body is light to medium and carbonation moderate. Vinous but not overly so. Overall a nice and subtle sour beer, if only more american sours were like that!

Bottle (750 ml) @ De Garde++ tasting. From Thomas, thanks!

Appearance: Clear bright pale golden with a small white head and little lacing.

Aroma: Grapes, light tartness, pears, musty notes, oak... delicate and beautiful.

Taste: Light to moderate sourness, grape must, light sweetness, oak, pears and winey notes.

Palate: Light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. Tannic and woodsy. Grapey finish.

Overall: Well balanced delicate and tasty sour ale. The grapes are effectively showcased. The barrel treatment is not overdone, but it’s still easily recognizable. Really good!

From notes. This was shared at a tasting put on by @mikem409 on November 7. The pour is a nice foggy gold color with a nice white head and some great lace. The aroma is very heavy on the grapes and a lot of pear. There is a little peachiness and a strong citrus. The flavor is very tart and sour. Not quite the most sour of the group we had, but it was very good. The fruits really took this one over the sour aspect. The mouth feel was pretty light, but there was a good carbonation. The aftertaste was crisp, quick and dry with a wine-ish bitterness that hangs.

Bottle... Murky peach-colored pour with no head. The restrained nose is fruity, a touch dank, and earthy. Medium-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and busy carbonation. The flavor is tart and yeasty with light, crusty bitterness. Crisp, dry finale.

This poured a hazy bright light orange with a white head. Aroma was of lots of citrus, oranges, peaches and white wine, very pungent. Flavor was incredibly refreshing, lots of orange and.peach, mild funk and white wine vineous finish. Delicious.
