3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Capped 750 from Made in Oregon at the Portland Airport. Pours a light dishwater gold with a 4 finger creamy white head. With all the head all the aroma coming through is zest. Near med body. It’s quite lush. Flavor is smooth, zesty and fairly floral. Not one of those harsh wits. This one is comfortably laid back. Surpasingly excellent.

750mL bottle, split 3 ways, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma of sour summer fruits, citrus and some slight sweetness. Flavour is very citric and sour, with light sour citrus fruits, wheat and strong tartness. Not a fan of the tartness in these Belgian wheats. Decent though.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pour out of bottle, big thanks to Scott at his tasting for this! Pour was hazy straw yellow with white head, aroma brought notes of toffee, biscuit, leading into sweet but tart white fruit, some slight white grape in there as well, with notes of dry spice. Taste is a nice mix of orange, lemon, and grassy notes, slight tart estery notes going into some spice and biscuit, finished fairly clean with a hint of tartness. Really a nice wit.
