COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Six is a dark rye beer with layered flavors including chocolate, caramel, pepper, wood, cherry and tropical fruit. It starts semi-dry and smooth and finishes fully dry and tart with a small bite from the hops. The overall balance of the Six makes it easy to pair with richly prepared meats along with many harder cheeses.
Malts: organic pale, caramel, rye, black
Unmalted: rolled rye
Hops: magnum, tettnanger

Bottle… Pours cloudy with a mahogany hue and a huge, frothy, off-white head. Great retention. The bouquet furnishes notes of spicy grain, caramel and both black and white pepper. Medium-bodied and mildly astringent with airy carbonation. The flavor delivers spicy grains, moderate acidity and light caramel sweetness. Tangy, spicy, dry finish. Bottle courtesy of landhoney!

Surprisingly good. Bottle at Volo. Way overcarbonated which we handled by creating an exeptional head. fruity, lemoney, peppery, chocolate, some rye. Caramel, decent malting. easy drinking, average mouthfeel.
