Bottle @ Crooked Stave ROY-G-BIV Day, shared by a generous dude. Thanks! Pour is hazy orange with a big white head and great lacing. Huge peachy, apricot aroma - oak, light spice, tannin, straw, somewhat doughy, lemony, and zesty. Taste is big sour peaches, apricots, lemon zest, somewhat peppery, and fruity with a big sour finish, yet smooth and refreshing. Medium body with soft carbonation. Seriously tasty sour!

Bottle @ Crooked Stave ROY-G-BIV Day. Not sure who brought this but it was quite tasty, so thank you very much! Pours a hazy yellow/orange appearance with a white head. Big juicy apricot, funky pineapple bretty vanilla aroma. A bit oaky, moderately tart, fruity yeasty, apricot/peachy, tropical fruity, funky bretty flavor. Fuck yeah.

Listed as "three barrel blend". So much carbonation. Fruit plays second fiddle to the yeast, yielding to even the carb. Citrus jumps out before being pummeled by bitter yeast. The other guys liked this way more than I did.

Bottle, shared by Ucusty at Beer Study. Pours a cloudy orange golden with a sudsy white head. Nose is sweeter peach and apricot at first, some tart fruits. Flavor is more balanced with the barrel coming through quite a bit like most from Upright. Fruit is balanced nicely with the tart vinegary sourness. Good stuff.

750ml bottle pours a hazy, bright orange with some cloudy, white head. Nice, fruity nose, loads of juicy apricot, yeasty. Flavor is the same, juicy, sweet, fruity. Medium bodied, dry finish.

hazy peach body, oily wisps. Nose immediately of diacetyl.. but it partially blows off! Underneath is bretty foot, stronger peach, light grass and grain. Flavor is good, soft peach, lightly bitter Chardonnay and grass, woody accents. Soft carbonation fizzles wonderfully. Nice, if not as complex as other offerings.

Nice fruity nose, lots of sweet citrus, light floral notes and funky cheese. Lightly sweet and tart, light citrus, a touch of honey, dusty treat. Nice.

Slightly hazy orange yellow pour. Musty light apricot aroma. Some oak tangerine and wine notes. Flavor is dry and oaky. Light apricot flavor. Bready buttered popcorn notes. Light tartness with a bitter finish.

Tap @ Grain and Gristle... Poured hazy, golden orange with a white head. This is the stuff dreams are made of. Nice floral tones, perfume-y apricot with dried yeast, wood, funk, and tartness. LIke a more complex Cascade Apricot Ale. I could drink this stuff all day. Refined, refreshing, a very enjoyable beer.

On tap at the Grain & Gristle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma of loads of funk, apricots, sour fruits and oak barrels – very complex. Flavour is quite funky and wild, with loads of sour, funky apricots, a little barnyard character and more funky apricots. There is a light acidity with moderate oaky sourness . The oak barrels and apricot are executed to perfection. Excellent stuff.
