Sole Comp. bottle 20 of 60. Pours a murky lemon with some bubbles. Smell is funk, lightly floral and a lot like beatification. Taste is very light with notes of cheese, some grape and other complexities. Bit watery with low carbonation but tasty and highly drinkable.

On tap at PIB, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart oak barrels and light wild yeast notes. Flavour reveals notes of gin, light tartness, and oak. Very refreshing and light, though very flavourful. Drinkable, bright tart saison. Nice one.

pours gold .. medium foam .. . spice, light funk, and road pepper .. . quick finish .. . interesting beer, i’ll give them that but nothing i’d seek out again .. . . An appeals court overturned that decision in January, however, ruling that while being struck by a baseball is an inherent risk fans assume at games, being hit with a hotdog isn’t.

750ml bottle. Light yellow, loose white head. Tired oak, sulfur, mineral, light lemon and a touch of tar. Loose carb, light body. Lemony brett up front, quite a bit of mineral in the middle, lemon straw/hay, bit of sulfur but stays pretty well hidden. Easy to drink but not a lot of character.

Huge thanks to Bucketboy for bringing a limited release from what has become one of my favorite breweries. Served in a mini tulip. Bottle 24 of 60. Pours a medium gold color with a nice white head and a bit of lacing on the way down. The nose carries a touch of light Pinot Noir with a bit of oak and moderate funkiness. The flavor is quite dry with some Brett and a very nice wine presence throughout. Light fruits and spice in the background. Body is light-medium with good carbonation and a dry, earthy, and vinous finish. Really another fantastic beer from Upright.

Pours cloudy lemon with a lighter head. The aroma is funky in the beginning and then the wild yeast aroma comes in strong. The flavor of light tart comes in with a wild yeast ending and very dry notes from the barrel.
