Apricot colored brew with a white head. Delicous mix of funk and sour with a good core of fruity flavors. Some good lychee, mango, stone fruit, lactic sourness, yeasty awesomeness. Great.

hazy tangerine, large bubbled white head. Ultra bright tangerine nose, lactic, doughy with sea salt, dusty gin. Dusty flavor is a web of contrasts blended well: salt and petal merge into gin, tangerine, and Brett, hay and citrus finishing it off dry

750, capped. Thanks so much j! Pours a slightly hazy dark gold with a loose fizzy white head. Peaches and minerals poke through. Mild, funky milk sour nose. Creamy medium body with bright sparkling carb. Apricots, minerals, and a bit of lemon on the mid palate. Crisp lingering tangy tart finish.

Bottle shared at a recent BA/RB tasting... Poured hazy, golden/yellow with a white head. Tart nose that hinted towards vinegar. Candied sugars, apple/grape-like fruitiness. Big time bretty flavor creeping in with funk and horse blanket and a souring finish.

Bottle at WtWBA Brooklyn 2012. Really glad I got to try this guy, as it was one of the better ones of the night. Pours a murky amber with white lacing. Aroma is both fruity and funky, with sour peaches, apples and pear. Mouthfeel is carbonated and balanced with notes of fresh fruit, sour cherry, tart apple, honey and a light floral yeast. The flavors are well complimented by a nice oak presence as well.

Bottle 46 of 168 courtesy of GT2, thank you! Hazy golden color, large fluffy white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of peppery apricot, subtle vanilla. Taste is very smooth, subtle lemon, subtle vanilla, peach in white wine. Delicious.

750ml bottle. Big thanks to Todd for sendin this my way. Bottle 77 of 120. Oh wow the rarity... Pours a mostly transparent, although somewhat hazy, golden apricot orange hue and topped with a thin to medium creamy vivid white head... Aroma consists of oaky and vanilla and a semi-assertive boozy floral and sweettarts type of sensibility. Some orange and citrus rind backing with a little bit if green apple to go along beside it... Crisp, sour, and a pretty well developed tartness with a well meshed sour green apple and sour ale base. A doughy pale malt presence surfaces on the backend. Fluffy, pillowy mouthfeel with a semi-lively level of carbonation that contributes well to it’s drinkability even given the alcohol volume. Very light bodied given the aforementioned quality but nice nonetheless...A pleasant and well-respected offering by an under the radar brewery. Given the option, I would gladly have more.

A: The beer pours a cloudy orange color with a rather tall white head. S: A really intense fruit aroma to this beer which is just fantastic. Lots of apples, peaches, and pears with some white grape notes to it as well. Mild oak and tartness with just a little bit of lemon peel and sweet bread. T: More big fruit character on the palate. The peach flavor is really outstanding with a bit of grape, apple, pear, and lemon zest. A touch of grass and damp oak, a light malt sweetness, and some subtle tartness. M: Medium bodied with a medium carbonation. O: An absolutely awesome beer. Great complexity and flavor. Very much enjoyed this one.
