Frothy rich whitish head that remains a thick ring, good lacing. Good sunfire yellow gold glow on the body. Aromas are richer sour apple and pears, melon and some lactic lemon. Richer bretty funk takes over as it warms a bit more. Suntan lotion, vanilla, cobwebs, and dust. Richer fruity melon, apple, and touches of citrus grow in with a rich lively funky nose and richer fruity nose. Really great nose. Initial is medium bodied with a good dose of bretty funk up front. Cobwebs, dust, and gentle cheese. Middle gets immediately rich and fruity, good citrusy lemon, melon, touch of lime. Apples, touches of pear, and bready malts. Straw, brett, touches of soft cheese, oak, tannins. Potent tart fruit element in the middle and into the back, a touch of spice hits the palate. Really nice.

750ml bottle, #46/168. Pours a hazy gold with some very frothy, white head. Nose of soap, herbs, lavender, chamomile, yeast, some citrus, a little lemon. Flavor is nice, herbal, citrus, hay, straw, zesty, earthy, almost a little briny, white grape, white peach. Almost a little flinty. Medium bodied, dry finish. Very nice. Refreshing.

750mL b2 bottle #46/168 thanks to a generous BA. Slow gusher, nothing too intense. Pours a sparkling, clear, bright golden with a huge white head. Nice lacing. Nose at first is fresh laundry and rather muted. Let it decant more and it moves to fresh dough, tangerine juice, dried pineapple wedge. Taste is fresh pineapple, tart acid, Vitamin C, moving between some salty oyster, brine, and white wine cooked Belgian mussels. Long, briny finish with buoyant mouthfeel. Even some herbal hop balance remains. Overall clean, refreshing, nicely sour, delicate.

Bottle 46/168 shared by GT2. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a medium, frothy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is wine, Brettanomyces, citrus and herbal hops with pear and apple esters with straw and wheat malt. Flavor is earthy and barnyard yeast with Brettanomyces notes, spicy wheat malt with light hops and medium bitterness, tart grapes and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Bottle 46 of 168 courtesy of GT2, thank you! Hazy golden color, large fluffy white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of peppery apricot, subtle vanilla. Taste is very smooth, subtle lemon, subtle vanilla, peach in white wine. Delicious.

Dark amber in color, thin head. Super barrel aging and lots of sour flavors. Great blending. This was a super beer.

On tap at the brewery for the Blend Love release. Pours a bright cloudy deep apricot/orange color with a small white head. A big sour and fruity nose, woody. Funky, woody, sawdust flavors, lemon and oranges, light earthiness, sharp at times. A sweet easy base of Saison. A bit like a Berliner.

Clear medium to dark yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to heavy brett, white wine, pepper, funky Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, peppery, white wine, tart, brett, grape. Very nice balanced. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130111]

Bottle @ Fonefan. Unclear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma is earth, tart, fruit, white wine. Flavor follows the nose. Bitter end.
