Tasted on 2/8/14 from a 750mL bottle at the RBWG Grand Tasting, big thanks to GT for sharing. Pours hazy brown with an average tan head that leaves average lace. The nose is floral, fresh apple, spicy yeast, and a dry, fruity note. The flavor is the same, just like a sour saison blended with a very floral cider, plenty of apple. The body is medium with just below average carbonation and a long sweet cider and spicy/tart saison yeast finish.

Sample @ RBWG Grand Tasting. Amber pour with a small head. Musty plum, fruit leather, some trail mix, raisins. Tart lemon tea. Lots going on here. Flavor’s mildly sweet. Orchard fruits and leaf pile. Slightly chalky on the palate. Dry. Medium body, soft carbonation. Nice.

Interesting beer. Pours a darkish amber color with a medium white head. A fruit barrel nose, some funky tart garbage. Odd flavors collide of currants, berries, wood, lactic, funky, soft fresh fruit, sawdust. Very nice.

Bottle shared by GT at the RBWG 2014 grand tasting, thanks! Pours a hazy peach amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a bit of a peach note with sweet grains, light fruit and a hint of bitter citrus. Flavor has citrus and a hint of grapefruit with some dark fruits, light spice and a grain backing.

Bottle @ RBWG. Pours a murky reddish appearance with a white head. Pretty floral, cherry / apple, twangy aroma. Lightly tart. Apple Cinnamon, caramel, quite floral, tart flavor. Strange but fun.
