Nice sour bretty aroma over lightly toasted dark grains. Lightly toasty malt bordering on chocolate. Sour and lactic. Acidity balanced malt nicely. Medium-light body with medium carbonation. Tasty stuff.

Aroma of tannic slightly acidic our bruin sour cherry with slight hints of light spice and vanilla. Harsh at first but becomes more subdued... Flavors of soft spiced sour cherry our bruin nature with a sour base but not an abrasive acetone quality. Medium bodied overall with just the right level of carbonation. Abrasive at first but smoothened out but still quite a it assertive.

750 ml bottle shared by lushawn- thanks again, LaSean! Bottle 70/113. Pours a semi-cloudy copper brown with a small head. Aroma of apples, vinegar, grapes, leather, leaves, and brown sugar. Flavor of apple cider, balsamic vinegar, caramel, and earthy notes. Light-medium bodied, with a sour, vinegary mouthfeel and low carbonaiton. Good sour but maybe a bit too much of the vinegar note.

Bottle: The aroma consists of fruit, some vinous notes, and very faint lemon. It pours a mostly transparent dark amber with a touch of haze and a minimal off-white head. The flavor starts with a quick dose a caramel with a hint of cola. The finish has moderate lemon with a touch of oak. It’s light-medium bodied with minimal carbonation.

pours a dark purple with a tight tan head. The nose is sweet and singular. Lots of grapes and notes of fleshy raspberries. Faint vanilla and oak. The taste is lots of raspberries and grapes, assertive Brett presence that is earthy, leathery And fairly sour in the finish. The body is light, highly carbonated and fairly dry. Fresh fruits, part fruit juice with some Brett.

Tepid red-purple pour, thin tan ring for a head. Nose is vinous berry, ldark chocolate, the acetic adding a nice refreshing tough to a very dessert like, integrated showing. Body is appropriately thin, but sweet vinous notes drop in favor of flatter finish, more acetic notes, and less rich, more sugary chocolate.
