750ml bottle. Thanks to Todd for sending this over. #39 of 119... Pours darker than expected with a murky amber pour with a mild frothy ring around the edges... Aroma of tannic slightly acidic our bruin sour cherry with slight hints of light spice and vanilla. Harsh at first but becomes more subdued... Flavors of soft spiced sour cherry our bruin nature with a sour base but not an abrasive acetone quality. Medium bodied overall with just the right level of carbonation. Abrasive at first but smoothened out but still quite a it assertive.

750 ml bottle shared by lushawn- thanks again, LaSean! Bottle 70/113. Pours a semi-cloudy copper brown with a small head. Aroma of apples, vinegar, grapes, leather, leaves, and brown sugar. Flavor of apple cider, balsamic vinegar, caramel, and earthy notes. Light-medium bodied, with a sour, vinegary mouthfeel and low carbonaiton. Good sour but maybe a bit too much of the vinegar note.

Bottle: The aroma consists of fruit, some vinous notes, and very faint lemon. It pours a mostly transparent dark amber with a touch of haze and a minimal off-white head. The flavor starts with a quick dose a caramel with a hint of cola. The finish has moderate lemon with a touch of oak. It’s light-medium bodied with minimal carbonation.

UPDATED: SEP 28, 2012 bottle. 70 of 113. aroma of apple cider vinegar, soft cowhide leather, touch of cocoa sweetness. taste is moderate vinegar and cider sourness. red wine. complex. quite cidery. okay.

Muddy amberr color with a light brownish head. Aroma is tart, some wet oaky notes, vinous character and some leathery brett. Flavor is a bit more sour than I expected with a hint of barrel.

pours a dark purple with a tight tan head. The nose is sweet and singular. Lots of grapes and notes of fleshy raspberries. Faint vanilla and oak. The taste is lots of raspberries and grapes, assertive Brett presence that is earthy, leathery And fairly sour in the finish. The body is light, highly carbonated and fairly dry. Fresh fruits, part fruit juice with some Brett.

Tepid red-purple pour, thin tan ring for a head. Nose is vinous berry, ldark chocolate, the acetic adding a nice refreshing tough to a very dessert like, integrated showing. Body is appropriately thin, but sweet vinous notes drop in favor of flatter finish, more acetic notes, and less rich, more sugary chocolate.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber with a light brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Flavor has a nice combination of sour fruits and barrel that is backed by earthy funk. Flavor begins with sour fruits up front with backing notes of earthy funk and barrel.

Bottle 37/113 at a tasting at James’ place courtesy of James. Pours a hazy and somewhat murky amber brown with a thin to medium sized white to tan head. Big acid on the nose, lots of acetic acid. A touch nutty. Medium bodied, acidic, malt and creamy. Long acid and malt on the finish, tart and acetic.

Bottle 37 of 113. Pours dark brown with tan head. Nose/taste of raspberry vinegar, wild yeast, cheese, tart cherry, cocoa and light vanilla notes. Medium body. Vinegaresque acidity and tartness - but not overpowering.
