75cl bottle. This one didn’t quite carbonate in the bottle, which is too bad because it really needed some more acidity to liven things up. A little pinot character but a lot of sulfur stinking up the aroma and a pretty watery body. I like normal four but this was not a good way to treat it.

Many thanks to hannont for sharing this treat. Pours golden yellow with a white head. The aroma has smooth malt, wheat, pinot barrel, Belgian yeast and some sweetness. It has a medium / light body with semi-sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with some tartness, bugs, pale malt and roughness. The finish shows lots of the barrel goodness. Really enjoyed this.

On tap at the brewery, called Pinot Cask Four. Pours golden with a lacy, white head. Aroma of sourness/funk, some red wine/dark fruits plus light oak, pale malts, and some light spice. Flavor the same with a very nice blend. Average texture. A really good beer.

On tap @ Upright. Hazed golden pour with a soapy white head. Tangy grape and lemon zest. Lots of grass, some straw, and an overall nice fruitiness. A good bit of sourness and lactic acidity. Nice lemon, some grapefruit juice, and sour grapes. Plenty of oak and straw. Light funkiness. Pretty damn solid.
