COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
After more than three years and hundreds of brews, we decided it was finally time to have some fun and make a good old IPA. No twists, no odd processing or ingredients, just a grip of pale malt, pinch of vienna and special roast and plenty of nugget, columbus and santiam hops. We snagged a pitch of yeast from a brewery down the street and let it rip in our conical fermenter.

Draft at 16 Tons Taphouse, Eugene. Pours a medium orange/tan, decent amount of off white head. Aroma is well balanced, some biscuit malts and resinous, body very lively for the style, finish medium. Not anything remarkable in any direction, just a solid beer.

On tap at Upright, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of piney and herbal hops, and crisp dry bready malt. Flavour brings out herbal, piney hops, dry bready ad cereal malts, and a nice hop bite on the finish. Wonderful bite, with a dry piney hop finish. Excellent.

Cask at the 5th Anniversary Party. Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head. A fruity hop nose, some tropical elements. The flavor is balanced between biscuits, lemon zest, a bit of dry yeast, more bitter orange peel, very fresh and solid IPA.

Golden amber. Hops in lemonade on the nose. Flavors brings some depth - just a bit of caramel and wood to counter. Nice.

Tap @ Grain and Gristle... Poured hazy, golden, amber with a lacy white head. Hoppy, resinous, earthy hop nose. Good citrus, orange zest with bitter rind and hop flavors. Clean, mild malt balance and a big bitter finish. Quite solid.
