Pale straw color, very thin head without much retention. Barely a faint ring of bubbles left behind. The beer has a slight haze, and the carbonation looks weak. Aroma of lightly sweet cereal grains, clean, with only the faintest citric hop note. Zesty lemon fruit and bready malt up front, lightly drying toward the back with a subtle bitterness. Muted hop balance. Light bodied with decent carbonation. Alcohol is low. This beer works decently for style, but for such a simple lager the quality and balance have to be almost perfect to really set it apart. While a notch better, it really doesn’t stand out far enough many of the macro lagers on the market. Easy to drink and potentially sessionable, it just doesn’t do it for me.

Tap. Pretty serviceable for the style, especially. Bready and crisp, with light fruit and hops. Probably high up in style for me.

Cereal, earthy/peppery hops, a subtle floral freshness, and more grain. The mouthfeel is crisp, with a light body and lively carbonation. Refreshing.

Draft. Clear pale yellow color, white head. Pretty average pale lager, with a peppery aroma and crisp finish. Decent enough.

Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a medium white head. The aroma is lightly roasted barley and some hops. The taste is grainy, cereal, and slight hop bitterness on the backend. The mouthfeel is light and the drinkability is high.

Can at trailer. Clear golden color with white head. Peppery, dusty bready pale malt, earthy hop aromas. Light to medium bodied. Bready, lagered pale malt, peppery spicy flavors with some earthy hoppage----crispffinish____wel done.

Pour pale golden with a large white head. Smells lightly grainy with a touch of spice. Taste is sweet, malty balanced with spicy hop presense. Light-bodied with a wet texture and active mouth-carbonation, Upslope Craft Lager finishes crisp.

Pint at Asbury. I’ve had this so many times, it’s weird that I haven’t rated it yet. It’s a solid, no-frills American lager. There are no flaws. The pour is clear with a firm white head. Aroma is light and grainy with a dash of gentle hops. Notes of cereal, very subtle citrus, and a low, balancing bitterness are here. Solid, clean lager. Great for sessioning.

Golden in color. Citrus bitter taste. Generic lager aroma with a hint of more citrus hops. Overall, easy drinking...

Light yellow hay color, minimal white head. Smells of fresh hay, honey, light grain, slightest floral note. Predominantly sweet, touch of crisp bitterness towards the middle, mellowing into more honey sweetness. Lighter, some carbonation, fairly long finish that tends towards dampness. Decent
