COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our English-style pale ale is a medium-bodied amber beer. Light, malty flavors combine with aromatic hops for a beer that is thirst quenching and easy to drink. One of our most popular beers.

Draught at the brewpub. Looks like this beer might have gotten better over the years. I thought this was a really well made APA. Not an over-the-top recipe but tasty with citrus hops and caramel malt. Plus a kinda unexpected fuller, creamy mouthfeel.

Pours a lightly hazy golden amber with a medium creamy white lacing head. Aroma of mixed citrus and floral hop notes along with a touch of caramel malt. Flavor of the same. Like the hop profile on this pale ale.

Draft. Poured a clear copper color with a large frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate sour citrus earthy hop and small malt aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind.

UPDATED: APR 25, 2012 Tap @ brewpub. Slightly hazy, golden appearance with an off white head. Mild, piney hoppy aroma. Fairly bitter, mildly piney hoppy flavor. Could be a little more balanced.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy golden orange with a thick white head. Aroma of citrus, wheat, orange, and lemon. Flavor of sweet bready and wheaty malt with a tangy citrus finish. Good pale ale, very drinkable. 7/4/8/4/14 [3.7/5]

[Tap] Pours a very light shade of copper with a nice cap of white head. Musty hop nose seems a little dirty. Caramel malts and some bread are overpowered by an odd hop mix that didn’t come together very well. Despite the balance issues, the palate was not too bad. I was still looking for more here.

Draft at Upstream. Standard middle of the road APA, clean and drinkable. Soapy orange hops. Toasty malt body. Filtered, sort of a lightweight West Coast version.
