3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A fair complex wit - full-bodied yet refreshing - a lot of citrus flavors throughout, both sweet and bitter - unfortunately, the bitterness becomes a bit to strong through the middle, leaving the beer tasting a lot like grapefruit pith - some complex peppery and minty character that gets a bit muddled through the finish - perhaps a bit too much going on here, but there are many good points.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at the Old Market brewpub. Pours a very tallow-looking orange/yellow/gold/bees wax with a thick and large bright white head. A beautiful beer. The strong aroma of coriander and orange peel is remarkable. This is a delicious brew with intensely strong citrus orange flavors. The strawberry flavor actually emerges as a subtle finish. A fantastic wit beer.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap on release night at upstream old market. I wish I liked this style better, because this is right on target. Strawberries are present but not overwhelming. Delightful and complex flavor profile. For wit enthusiasts this is the beer for summer.
