This lightly hopped German beer utilizes a bottom fermenting lager yeast - the result is a medium-bodied beer with several different roasts of malt that give a smooth body and depth of malt character that has to be tasted to be believed.

Draught at the Old Market location. Really reminds me of Kostritzer from Germany. Lighter and easier drinking than you might be expecting. Obviously the strong malt profile but also a little coffee.
