Shared 32 oz. vessel/1/2 growler, brought back from the brewery, and poured to snifters, displaying a hazed straw color, with a modest layer of soft white head foam that quickly reduced to a ring and bubbly film, leaving dots & dashes of lacing on the glass. The nose was moderately acidic and fruity, with notes of white grape, lemon, & tart apple. Light to medium bodied, with good spritz to the carbonation, the taste was tart & dry, with a subtle hint of cracker. Not overly sour, so no need for syrup.

Draft at the Midtown brewery. Pours a pale, lightly hazed yellow gold with a white head. Notes of lemon, sourdough, straw, mineral, dry grains, and cracker. Light-bodied, with high carbonation and a dry, crisp, lightly tart mouthfeel. A bit overcarbonated. Just not a lot to it, which is probably more of an authentic take than my ruined American palate is used to.
