Draft at the bridge. Pours golden with a white head. Leaves a lot of lacing in the glass. A bit of sourness on the nose. Some sour notes on the tongue. Finishes clean. Solid for style but definitely room for more puckering sourness.

bartlebier (2416) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - APR 21, 2015
50cl bottles sampled at BKL’15 and bottles poured @What’s Brewing Workshop, Tübingen. Excellent, cleancut and well-sessionable BWeisse with healthy doses of whey protein, natural lemonade, a dash of dirty Martini olive brine and hop herbalistics in the undercurrent to keep it interesting. Exquisitely dry and refreshing, notes of Sprite and pickled lime in aroma, lemon curd in taste. Mildly Gose-ish, tart and spritzy but never sharp or lactic acid spiked like quite a few US Berliners.

Bottle at Braukunst Live Munich. Low fluffy white lasting head. Hazy yellow green body. Some fruity aroma and flavor. No hops. Low carbonation, short finish. Had expected some acidity.

Idiosynkrasie (4575) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAR 10, 2015
UPDATED: MAR 11, 2015 500ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish golden colour with average, thick, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity and slightly wheaty aroma, hints of unripe nectarine, mirabelle, apricot, a premature sauerkraut-like lactic touch. Taste is mildly tart, lemon juice notes, minimally wheaty, malty basis, hints of unripe nectarine, mirabelle, apricot, very subtle sweetness. Relatively full body Berliner Weisse - superbly balanced, mild enough tartness doesn’t really exert a contracting influence on facial expression; nevertheless superbly refreshing and very quaffable.

Saeglopur (746) - Vienna Woods, AUSTRIA - MAR 9, 2015
Poured from bottle at Braukunst Live München 2015.
Pale yellow, cloudy body, with a big, unstable, frothy, white head.
Aroma of barnyard, slight cheese, citrus, tangerine, spices, dried fruits.
Taste follows this, except with less barnyard.
Light mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes moderate sour, spicy, citric.

Nice one. Very easy to drink and with fresh aromas. A bit too light for my liking though.

bottle pour at braukunst live 2015 in munich. pale dishwater yellow with a minimal head; tart aroma, hints of lemon yoghurt cheesecake; pleasantly lightly salty lactic tang, good whack of sourness with hints of sherbet sweetness. was hoping to pick up a bottle or 2 in wolnzach on the way back to plzen but alas they only had display bottles
