COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Stammtisch is an informal group meeting held on a regular basis – more directly translating to ‘table for regulars’. Our Stammtisch was brewed to celebrate this idea of community and socializing. It’s a traditional German pilsner featuring a blend of Hallertau and Strisselspalt hops, and we think it’s the perfect accompaniment to any friendly gathering. Help us make it a ‘regular’ around here!

Draft. A pretty nice pils, golden color, firm noble hops, no diacetyl, quite clean. One of the better american pilsners.

Tasted on tap at 2016 Wolpertinger Fest in glass German beer mug. It poured a clear straw colour with white foam, thin but persistent with a little lace. 100% true-to-style classic German Pilsener. Crisp grainbill, mellow marshmallow malt sweetness. Noble, grassy and black peppery hop balance. I LOVE these Strisselspalt hops. Light body, strong carbonation. Pleasant mineral water essence. Lingering bittersweet aftertaste with bone dry finish. Good stuff, puts most American competitors to shame.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours gold with a white head. Taste bread, grassy, lightly sweet. I thought this was good. I would drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle; poured a pale dull gold with a big frothy head. Aroma of lemon, wheat, and grass. Flavor upfront with bready malt with some grassy notes in a fairly enjoyable finish.

Had on tap at their place. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with a thin white head. Slight if any aroma. Flavor is slightly bitter with slight floral. Nice session beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Slightly hazy, yellow pour with a frothy, white head. The aroma has floral hops and light grain. It has a medium body with sticky texture and average carbonation. The taste is bitter with a dry finish.

Draft to taster. Looks solid; a transparent gold with white lacing. Smells of yeast and pilsner malt with some mild hops in the background. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel that isn’t snappy. Not bad, but underwhelming.

Appearance: Light golden and clear, with a thick, frothy foam head with nice lacing. Aroma: Light breadiness and hint of floral hop. Taste: light cracker maltiness that gives way to a strong spicy hop bitterness. Mouthfeel: Light body with crisp carbonation Finish: Spicy hop bitterness dominates the finish. Overall: Great version of a German Pils. Lighter maltiness and body than a Czech Pils, with a dry, sharp hop bitterness. It’s freshness makes it better than it’s German counterparts

500ml bottle, big thanks to phaleslu for this one. Mostly clear, golden, slight orange color. Bigger off-white head, leaving very thick sheets of lace. Medium-plus body. Smooth, kind of crisp, lighter carbonation. Kind of a slick, mildly syrupy yeasty texture. Moderate-plus sweet taste, a bit sweeter than expected. Bready, kind of peppery taste. Sort of soapy hoppy, not that pleasant aroma and taste. Tangy, with a yeasty sweetness that lingers in the finish. Was hoping for more from this pilsener. Wonder how fresh it is? Label says "see neck for best by" but I’m not finding anything. Decent to wash my sandwich down with, in the end.

Drank this as a flight with my great family that I love. Kinda hoppy but really yummy.
