COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Stammtisch is an informal group meeting held on a regular basis Ė more directly translating to Ďtable for regularsí. Our Stammtisch was brewed to celebrate this idea of community and socializing. Itís a traditional German pilsner featuring a blend of Hallertau and Strisselspalt hops, and we think itís the perfect accompaniment to any friendly gathering. Help us make it a Ďregularí around here!

Had on tap at their place. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with a thin white head. Slight if any aroma. Flavor is slightly bitter with slight floral. Nice session beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Slightly hazy, yellow pour with a frothy, white head. The aroma has floral hops and light grain. It has a medium body with sticky texture and average carbonation. The taste is bitter with a dry finish.

Draft to taster. Looks solid; a transparent gold with white lacing. Smells of yeast and pilsner malt with some mild hops in the background. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel that isnít snappy. Not bad, but underwhelming.

Appearance: Light golden and clear, with a thick, frothy foam head with nice lacing. Aroma: Light breadiness and hint of floral hop. Taste: light cracker maltiness that gives way to a strong spicy hop bitterness. Mouthfeel: Light body with crisp carbonation Finish: Spicy hop bitterness dominates the finish. Overall: Great version of a German Pils. Lighter maltiness and body than a Czech Pils, with a dry, sharp hop bitterness. Itís freshness makes it better than itís German counterparts

500ml bottle, big thanks to phaleslu for this one. Mostly clear, golden, slight orange color. Bigger off-white head, leaving very thick sheets of lace. Medium-plus body. Smooth, kind of crisp, lighter carbonation. Kind of a slick, mildly syrupy yeasty texture. Moderate-plus sweet taste, a bit sweeter than expected. Bready, kind of peppery taste. Sort of soapy hoppy, not that pleasant aroma and taste. Tangy, with a yeasty sweetness that lingers in the finish. Was hoping for more from this pilsener. Wonder how fresh it is? Label says "see neck for best by" but Iím not finding anything. Decent to wash my sandwich down with, in the end.

Cloudy orange pour. White head. German brew taste. Earthy and underwhelming. Blah. Had this on tap as part of a flight at urban chestnut brewery.

Sample at Great Taste of the Midwest on 08/09/2014: Slightly hazy yellow color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily. Spotty lacing. Aroma of grassy hops, fruit and bready malt. Light body with flavors of herbal hops, biscuit malt and a touch of citrus. The finish is crisp and mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Above average Pils overall.

UPDATED: NOV 25, 2014 Pour is a clear yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a nice dry pils malt with some cracker and grass. Flavor is about the same. Dry malts followed by a nice grassy hop. So dry and clean tasting. A pils that would probably out do most from the fatherland. Please bottle this one next.
