Tap at tap house Munich. Hazy green golden, fluffy offwhite head. Fresh grassy aroma. Mellow fruity base, broad hop profile restrained tropics, moved lawn, a hint pine. Good dry chewy body, light hayish malt. Really nicely balanced, great fresh drink.

Tasted on tap in a snifter at their new Grove brewery. I’ve had this excellent double IPA before, not sure why I never rated it. It poured a clear orange amber with deep white foam, long-lasting with lace. Intense aromas and flavours, mainly American hoppy notes but nice caramelly malt base too. Grapefruit, black currant, woodsy, earthy, resiny, pine cones. Medium body and carbonation, well-rounded mouthfeel, lingering multi-layered aftertaste. It doesn’t take long to feel the high alcohol, but it’s otherwise very well-hidden. Very good stuff.

500. Thanks s! Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow. Loose fizzy white head. Big sweet bright fruity nise, showing grapefruit and orangea. Creamy light bidy with lively carb. Mildly sweet and fruity, somewhat biscuity mid palate. Soft finish.
