Cloudy golden pour from amount bottle into a tulip. Thin but persistent lacing. Thick mouthfeel with a somewhat sticky flavor. Light hoppiness - no real assertive flavors to be found. A slight hashish/soapy note to the overall scent.

Too easy to drink. Disappears FAR too quickly. VERY upsetting, Where the HELL is my next bottle? I am supposed to thank Seth for THIS? A beer that glides gently down my gullet and begs me for more?
Compared to west coast hop blasts, this may seem lackluster. It is quenching, balanced and quite delicious. Damn.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Thin, bright orange in color with a bright white head, this fruity IPA seems to have notes of citrus at first, but I think it may be more a product of the character of the grains used in the beer. Whatever it is, it’s to thank for a really great nose. It’s different, and very nice in the mouth, a little doughy with citrus - lime, perhaps. It has a delightfully bright palate. Yummers.

4.4 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from a Schnucks. Deep orange amber colored brew with a dense light khaki head. Massive citrus nose with some notes of toast and peanuts. There is also a perfumed note with bits of almonds. The dominant flavor is up front citrus rinds. This has a nutty finish with hints of orange sweetness. The body is a little chewy, but any alcohol is really only detected in the aftertaste. Well balanced, yet in your face with the big boy hops. This one is a winner.

Aroma is of delicate hops. Color is a hazy golden amber. Head is ample with good lacing. Taste is a smooth malty sweet well balanced by the hops. The finish is clean with a slight orange aftertaste. Very enjoyable.

OT-M BIF bottle from sethdude. Pours hazy light amber with a slight beige head. Aroma is hoppy, but not burning the nose, tho clearly there’s a lot of hop. Full bodied. Flavor is a light caramel with enough hop to start a burn immediately. Lots of hop. Earthy. Floral. Resin. Not getting citrus. Lots of hop. Kind of complex. Pretty dry. Pretty hoppy. Bitter, but not killing NW so. I do think this might embalm tissues it comes in contact with. Killer brew.
