Bottle from Strykezone. Odd aroma can’t put my finger on it. Must be the chestnuts. Nice amber hue with a moderate head. Some what tart after taste but not in a bad way. Don’t pick up much of the nut flavor. Very drinkably smooth.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a slightly hazy copper color with a good head and nice lacing. Aroma of malt and nuts with a hint of spice, mild but pleasant. Taste of nuts with a malty sweetness and a bit of spice. Mild bitterness and a clean finish. Medium body, smooth with a bit of an oily texture. Enjoyable beer without being in your face.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Had on draft at brewery. Pours a hazy orange copper color with a finger of head and decent lacing. Aroma is on the light side but has elements of toasted nuts, sweet caramel malt and brown sugar as well as some spices. Nuttiness comes through first in taste as well as the sweet caramel. Light spice flavors like nutmeg or cinnamon as well as a hint of citrus towards the end. Mouthfeel is semi slick with a medium body and carbonation. Nice nutty flavors that go well with the spices and bit of sweetness.

2.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Nearly clear, amber with a large tan head.
Scent is old wood, nuts, malt, banana peel.
Flavour is slightly bitter/tangy/herbal/nutty......
Nut flavor is sharp to bitter leaning.
Strong woodiness, almost tart, oily, solvent...
Just didn’t work well for me.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
16.7oz bottle, shared by phaleslu. Mostly hazy golden orange color. Minimal off-white head, bits of lace. Not much in the nose. Light to medium body. Light carbonation. Lightly dry texture. Smooth, easy drinking nutty malt, interesting in such a pale colored ale [pale for a dunkelweizen... didn’t realize that was the style before uploading my notes now]. Nice bready malt, very lightly grassy hop. Nice light sweeter taste, light bitter. Interesting, tasty stuff.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
A little too golden for a dunkel in my opinion. Nice wheat and nut aroma. Lemon notes on the palate. Missing some those malt notes.
