4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Yum ! Pours a pale golden color with slight bubbles gathering around the ring of the glass. Aromas are very enticing with a floral bitter citrus notes dancing with some baked apple sweetness. Flavors are spot on and a great balance between fresh hops and tart apples. The hop flavors are there but they do not overpower the cider making for a real winner ranking up there with some of the best ciders Ive ever had !

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
(Bottle from Bootleggers) Pours hazy light yellow gold with a quick fizzy head that disappears quickly. Aroma is yeasty and funky but barely any apple. Mouthfeel is spritzy and a little dry. Flavor is yeasty and earthy with moderate apple tartness mixed with a little sweetness. Wasn’t getting much hop presence, but plenty of yeast.
