3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the brewery, and dispensed to a nonic 10 oz. tumbler showing a hazed, orangy amber color, with off white/light tan head foam that reduced expeditiously, and left some light streaks of lacing on the glass. The nose was light grain, sweet malt, and a touch of caramel. Medium bodied, the taste incorporated a medium hop bitterness that had an earthy, peppery bite to it, was tempered by smooth malt, but still remained quite hoppy into the finale.
