3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Taster flight at the tap room. A light brown color with a thin cask-like head (but still dispensed with CO2). Light fruity ale smell. Brightly bitter, with some pine and a bit of cherry. Keep in mind the hops will almost be upfront with a fresh beer served less than 15 feet from where it was made. Too bitter for a session beer, but just right for the hop lover. The light malt profile doesn’t stand much of a chance right now.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the tap room. Pours a yellow orange with a very small thin bubble head. Aroma of nice, bright simcoe hops, lots of fruit and pine notes. Some apricot, some peach, some tropical fruitiness. Mild pale malt notes in the aroma as well. Flavor is bitter, with medium fruity and pale malt notes. Light bodied, with slightly below average carbonation. Finishes fruity and bitter. Very nice.
