Cask conditioned at The Lord Clifden, Hockley, Birmingham. Gold with white head. Decent session type bitter, grainy, malty, fresh on the palate with a creamy hint. Nice closing bitterness. Much better than a previous beer I had from this brewery.

Cask. Pours an almost clear amber golden with a dense off-white head leaving a little lacing. Sweetish and lightly perfumy nose. Light body, notes of nuts and licorice. Nice alright - not quite like Syd! 160110
