Bottle. Quite an interesting attempt at a hefeweizen - the champagne yeast are clearly discernable in this one. Aroma is malt and yeast, some cloves and pears, plus white wine. Fruity, partly vinous flavour, taste is light tart, lighter sweetish. A bit too watery unfortunately, could be more flavourful. Still definitely good and interesting.

Bottled. Wheat malt mouth feel. light bodiy. Fairly standard hefeweissen, citrus and bubble gum presence.

Light head, great in flavour. Aromas of yeast and bananas. Little bit too sour for my taste.

0,5 l bottle shared with McTapps. This one is great. A good looking orange-brown colour with a medium carbonation for a weizen. But the taste and aroma show up with a lot of medium tasting yeast giving it a kind of smooth feeling in the mouth. Different to other weizen as it does nit come that carbonated and sour. Top.

The head is ok. The taste is wheat, special, CO², yeasty. In the aftertaste spicy, yeasty. A bit boring 6/6/6/6/7/6

Great Hefeweizen with a wonderful weizen-taste and a heavy but great dozed aroma of citrus.

Gift from SJ. WHat I enjoyed about this one was the nice, but typical, clove, wheat, bread and wet flavors. Good.

Thanks Gabriel for this bottle! Pours a hazy dull gold color with a nice off white head. Smells of banana, mild spice, circus peanut candies. Taste initially follows the smell with some really fruitiness (actually slightly sour) in the middle ending with the circus peanut flavor on the tongue and a little dryness at the very end. The palate is decent, nice carbonation, a little oily maybe on the low side of medium. This one has some potential but the flavor is off a bit with the sourness in the fruit flavor.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Faszinierend!
