The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass, too, although there’s not much foam. Tastes not as fruity as a normal hefeweizen, the finish a little bit sourish. Nevertheless a drinkable and good beer.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 MoritzF (7756) - Bochum, GERMANY - DEC 21, 2006
(bottle) Hazy, orange colour with a big foamy off-white head. Yeasty, moderately sweet
Fruity-sour flavour, slightly sweet wheat- and barley-malty taste with citrus; light to medium body, lively carbonated mouthfeel. Slightly tart and fruity finish. Refreshing and fairly balanced Hefeweizen.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 rickgordon (3815) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JAN 17, 2006
Bottled.
Pale hazy yellow. Clean fruity esters, seems very yummy. Unbelievably flowery hibiscus tone with notes of almonds and cherry stone. Wonderful, yet unusual weizen!
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 jbrus (4992) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - JAN 13, 2006
Bottled. Strong lemon aroma. Cloudy, yellow color, large white head, fair lace. Light sweet, light sour, light bitter, lemon, hints of vegetable. Thin, little sticky. It’s not bad but doesn’t do it either, just under average.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 jfm (1725) - Holbæk, DENMARK - JAN 7, 2006
Bottle. Golden color with a white head. Citrus and fruity body with light yeasty notes.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 MiP (12136) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - OCT 14, 2005
Bottle. Weak wheat aroma, slightly acidic. Hazy golden colour, big stable white head. The champagne yeast gives it a cidery flavour. The wheat is mostly noticeable in the aftertaste, and of course the mouthfeel. Interesting beer.
2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 Jeppe (2631) - Ølbutikken, DENMARK - SEP 23, 2005
Hazy golden body, foamy snow white head. Rather artificial sweet apple and yeast aroma. Apple tones in the flavor as well, notes of fruit and yeast. Hints of banana. Not very good.
