Bottle 50cl. In the nose a winey smell, mixed with typical Weizenbier aroma. Quite thin in the mouth, winey character disappears.

It’s unclear golden with a white head. The aroma has notes of sour yeast, light sewer, light fruit and what. The sweet flavor has notes of somewhat sour yeast, fruit and wheat. The finish is slightly sour and yeast. Not too fond of the sourness.

Pours a nice cloudy orange in appearance with a large head. Aroma slightly citrus. Cloves and citrus taste a little different from your run of the mill hefe weizens.

50cl Bottle, 1 month past BB date, thanks bierkoning! Murky golden amber colour, white head. Aroma of butter, champagne yeast, wheat, light tart. Flavour is wheat, light tart, lemon, yeast, light bitter finish with a hint of toffee. Light-bodied. OK weizen.

500 ml bottle. Pours stringy cloudy amber with masses floating around. It says this beer is made with ’Sekthefe’ (=sparkling wine yeast) and it really has a bit of a sparkling wine aroma, with strong notes of fruits and honey. Sweet and sour fruity honey taste with vanilla notes. Sparkly sour-sweet honey palate.

Medium white head. Very strange cloudy, misty consistence with black particles floating around. Definitely no eye-candy. Idiosyncratic yeasty champagne aroma with strong notes of vanilla. Pleasantly fruity taste and a likewise fruity palate with, again, hints of vanilla. Good one.

A slight haze, light head and lacing. Nose of bright banana and a touch of nutmeg, allspice with the typical sweet wheat notes.

Bottle. Quite an interesting attempt at a hefeweizen - the champagne yeast are clearly discernable in this one. Aroma is malt and yeast, some cloves and pears, plus white wine. Fruity, partly vinous flavour, taste is light tart, lighter sweetish. A bit too watery unfortunately, could be more flavourful. Still definitely good and interesting.

Bottled. Wheat malt mouth feel. light bodiy. Fairly standard hefeweissen, citrus and bubble gum presence.
