URSUS NON-ALCOHOL are o rețetă unică, patentată la nivel european.

URSUS NON-ALCOHOL a fost premiata in 2013 cu medalia de argint la competitia The International Brewing Awards din Marea Britanie.

Can from a shop in Nicosia, Cyprus 🇨🇾. Neutral grainy beginning. Worth, bread, strange card board. Unround and sweetish.

CAN 50 CL. Clear golden, white head. Unfermented wort and raw hops, mild grassy bitterness, co2 and quite a smooth body. A run-off-the-mill non-alco lager.

Bottle. Light, a bit watery, worty and even light hoppy. I had fun drinking this, surprisingly, both in Sighisoara and Brasov.

Can from a supermarket in Timisoara. Crystal clear yellow, fluffy head, champagne bubbles. Aroma of dusty and sour pepper. Taste is very sweet and herbal.

Can 500 ml at home, bought in a little romanian shop in Brussels. Into a Guinness pint. Golden coloured beer, no activity in it. Almost two fingers of a white froathy head, low retention, minimal lacing around the glass. Aroma is very malty and sweet as expected. Lots of malts on the taste too. Starts sweet but quickly gets bitter and then it alternates between the two. Thin body, good carbonation. A bit heavy on the flavour but for what it is, it’s tolerable.

Bottle. Pours clear pale golden with a small white head that dissipates quickly with good lacing. Aroma is pure corn, not much else going on. Flavor is the same, light sweet and minimal bitterness. Light body, inoffensive, but not much going on.

Can @ Deans pale lager tasting, courtesy of Kermis. Pours a clear blonde beer with a small white head on top. Aroma is very light, grainy and a faint touch of potato. Flavor is nothing special, light sweet and artificial. Lacking alcohol is definitely noticeable in the mouthfeel. Not so good.

Can shared at dean’s pale lager tasting. Pours pale golden with an off white head. Aroma of malty old socks. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Malt hanging around in the finish. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at Dean’s Pale Lager tasting, Den Haag. Poured a clear light straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is weak stale dry malt. The flavour is medium to weak bitter. Light bodied with low carbonation and a truly dreadful finish.
