kozzak1 (70), Florida, USA Jun 7, 2005 Good taste & a nice aftertaste. Small head but good palate. very good icy with food. True pilsner beer. VENOM (941), Connecticut, USA Oct 3, 2002 Clear super light gold. Modest, sticky white foam. Steady carbonation. Pils aroma, hint of spicy hops, clean and pure smelling. Bitingly crisp. Immediate toasted white bread maltiness, strong and lasting on the palate. Cleaner taste follows, crisply dry with an underwhelming bitterness. Hops are German in nature with a bit of spice. Light bodied. Quaffable and cleansing. Spicy hop bite, though light, lingers on to the balance the aftertaste. Finishes spicier atop a sweetened mown hay flavor. This was better as it warmed. Not Romania’s finest but far better than green bottled Euro swill. Wonder if that’s what pissed off Vlad the Impaler? Boystout (900), Chisinau, Moldova Feb 28, 2003 Very aromatic and refreshing pilsner. Amber color, fresh clean taste and good dose of hops. scrizzz (1248), kirkland, Washington, USA Jul 31, 2007 Hardly any head, pale clear yellow with very litte carbonation. Aroma is like any other cheap pilsner, but much more yeast forward when consumed and pretty enjoyable. Medium dry finish. DragonStout (1380), Pataskala, Ohio, USA Jun 11, 2003 Golden in color with a slight head that stayed with the beer the whole time.was grainy in taste and had a bitter aftertaste. omhper (12151), Stockholm, Sweden Feb 23, 2002 Pale yellow, rather dry German style pils with nice bitterness, but also a slight paper aroma.
argo0 (6842), Washington DC, USA Oct 27, 2002 Clear light gold liquid with a big white head. Sweet, slightly grassy German hoppy aroma with a bit of spiciness. Flavor is very mild, slightly sweet and hardly any bitterness. rickgordon (3285), Göteborg, Sweden Dec 8, 2004 Bottled.
Hazy golden, with a chill haze. Dms nose, little sweetish as well in aroma, but there are hops present. Light bodied. No flavour, only a late bitterness.
