MMM...Beer (385), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA Aug 22, 2004 I’m really loving this Urthel stuff! Can’t wait to try more. I think I like the Urthel Tonicum Finiboldhus a little better than this one, but this one’s still good:
-Aroma: HInts of fruit and spice
-Appearance: Unfilitered bronze with a pourous head
-Flavor/Palate: Pockets full of dried fruit and spice that tickle the palate
-Overall: definitely one I’d try again and recommend to friends.
rkuhnel (1139), Eureka, California, USA Oct 6, 2008 From a 330 mi bottle courtesy of bhensonb. This poured a cloudy orange color with huge yeast floaters that almost made me nervous. But the nose was good, with yeast and hops in good proportion, and some ripe fruit. Mouthfeel was rich and creamy. Good solid brew. GardenGabe (7), Colorado, USA does not count Oct 4, 2008 Light golden slightly orange. Small head fine carbonation. Gentle sent of fresh lemon cheese and butterscotch. A soft slight malt which melts on the tongue. Rich and delicious. plovmand (676), Helsinge, Denmark Sep 21, 2008 Bottle. Clear Golden amber with a creamy frothy head. Spicy hoppy nose. Medium bodied. Spices like coriander, sweet malt and hops end up very warm, sweet with a nice alcoholic bite. hughie (2254), Bedford, Bedfordshire, England Sep 12, 2008 Gold with a large white head. Sweet, yeasty malt aroma. Bitter alcoholic taste with a little sweetness. Not really very exciting to be honest. Disappointing. acearl (175), Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 8, 2008 Way too sweet, didnt really like, the sweetness masked all other qualities, seemed sugary to carmel.
