Oct 13, 2002 Light tan, densely sedimented w/thick, fluffy head. Aroma of sweet pears and hint of grapefruit, white pepper, pale malt, and yeast. Firm body, but spritzy; lots of yeast flavour; fruity (orange, apple, mango), hint of sugar. Despite the sweet start, this dries out significantly with a big shot of alcohol, orange rind, and hop (either Styrian or Hallertau).
