UPDATED: AUG 28, 2004 A hazy yellow beer with a dense white head. The aroma is slightly sweet. The flavor is sweet malty and rather hoppy with notes of honey, grass, and alcohol that runs over the tongue. A lovely fresh triple. Gets better with aging.

Hazy golden color; beautiful lace and creamy head. Rather simple aroma of malt and old hops. Quite good flavor without surprise, good malt, fresh, good final bitterness, but also a residual sweetness. Simple but enjoyable.

Cloudy golden color. Malty and fruity aroma. Quite good malt, with a late spiceness and fruitness. Short.

UPDATED: NOV 29, 2009 Bottled. Hazy, golden beer with a white head. Apple, alcohol, some yeast and sweetness in the aroma. The flavor har hints of spices and hops, and green apples. Bubbly, a bit too thin mouthfeel with lots of alcohol in the finish. Rating: 7-4-8-4-15-3.8. 060801

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours a massive, dense, white head over a slighlty hazy golden body with some floaties and good carbonation. Fruity nose with a good dash of banana and some citrus. Pale malts, alcohol and some spices too. Medium, warming mouthfeel. The flavor has an appropriate bitterness, else itís pretty much like the aroma. Lasting bitter finish. A bit on the warming side, at least if itís the first beer of the day, but tasteful and pleasing. 091129
