A hazy yellow beer with a dense white head. The aroma is slightly sweet. The flavor is sweet malty and rather hoppy with notes of honey, grass, and alcohol that runs over the tongue. A lovely fresh triple. Gets better with aging.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, fully golden with a dense, off-white head. Aroma of yeast and malt. Fairly solid body with notes of fruit and diacetyl with a fairly alcoholic finish. A middle-of-the-road Tripel. 171106

Light tan, densely sedimented w/thick, fluffy head. Aroma of sweet pears and hint of grapefruit, white pepper, pale malt, and yeast. Firm body, but spritzy; lots of yeast flavour; fruity (orange, apple, mango), hint of sugar. Despite the sweet start, this dries out significantly with a big shot of alcohol, orange rind, and hop (either Styrian or Hallertau).
