UPDATED: MAR 26, 2011 Bottle from de Bier Tempel, Brussels. Sweet hoppy aroma. Hazy golden yellow colour. Strong hoppy fruity flavour. Strong bitter aftertaste. Too strong for me, nice bottle.

bottle: somewhat old bottle, but the hops have survived even so. Also has a nice floral character that comes through. Phenollic, belgian yeast and plenty of cinnamon clove esters. touch of dust, funk some hefe notes

33cl bottle. This pours a cloudy, golden colour with very good head retention. The yeasty nose gives off notes of lemon and yoghurt. The taste is of zingy lemon and a green herbacious note (presumably from the hops) that perseveres rich through to the finish. The palate shows average structure, but a creamy texture and a sharp finish. Overall, this is a full flavoured beer which has you wanting to drink more.

light yellow, hazy, no bubbles and a frothy head has a bit of a belgian yeasty nose balanced w/ nice hops, though this isn’t what i think of when i hear "large quantities of aroma hops" full body has most of the characteristics of a belgian blond w/ a bitter finish. decent

Had an old bottle, so the hops were gone, but what remained was fruity and very nice.

I actually brought one of these beers back from Belgium - then I noticed it in my local store - doh. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma of floral hops, light malt. Not a crazy amount of hops - but just enough to stand out. Solid.

Alla spina a Rimini, Selezione Birra, allo stand Interbrau su consiglio di gian, una belgian strong molto luppolata, buona

11.2oz bottle in a snifter. Pours deep golden with a lacy, lingering head. Aroma of spicy yeast, some floral hops, and light malts and fruit. Flavor similar with the hops present in the finish. Hoppy for a Belgian beer. Smooth texture. A pretty good beer.
