Strong hop aroma and flavor with a very sedimented body. Spiciness fights the malts, so not incredibly balanced but still very good.

Pours a hazy golden color with thick white head. Aroma is of Belgian spice, fruity citrus hopos, and a light grassiness. Tatse mirrors aroma but has a bit of a dry finish. Not bad.

Pours a slightly cloudy yellow color with a pillowy white head. Aroma is citrus hops, sweet malts, and some floral notes. Taste is smooth with a dry finish, tasting much the same as the aroma.

Pours a very light golden hue slightly hazy (barely) with a light lacing hue. Aroma a mix of spices and alcohol. Taste nice dry bite with a mellowing almost rasin like finish. Nice bitter after taste with a slight hint of alcohol. This is above average beer. Very good. Recommended

Rune (4667) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JAN 7, 2011
Poured from a 750ml bottle that gave a good shot followed by smoke when the cork and wire cradle were released. Pillow, white head with solid foam stand. Loose lacing on the glass. Cloudy, golden body. Subdued smell of fresh hoppy fruits and grass. Smooth flavour of citrus hops, including oranges, and honey sweetness added by a touch of coriander. More sweet than bitter on the swallow. Fine bodied. Shared with Finn H. and paired quite successfully with lutefisk (Tromsø, 06.01.2011).
