750 ml. corked bottle- Pours golden straw colored with floaties, especially the last pour. Aroma is no hops, banana esters and pepper spice. The head is not big but is very creamy and sustainable. The flavor is bitter up front with Belgian beer taste added for kicks, I love IPA’s, I love Belgian brews, and man this is one tasty beverage.

Very nice solid head, decent yellow body with modest carbonation. Aroma is all hops, the usual, the Belgian, it’s good, but then again, isi it -really- good? Such a mystery!! The taste is fiiiine... by that, I mean it’s a pleasant mix of hops and grains and alcohol, but little. else. Sadly, it lacks complexity... but then again, it’s not such a bad beer. So, thusly and therefore, it’s somewhere in between - worth trying if you have the time in Belgium/France/wherever, but otherwise there are surely better beers out there of this style. Not that there’s anything wrong with that!

Pure golden color with a slight haze, nice two-finger bright white rocky head that retained for a long time and left a nice thick film and intricate thick lacing. Delicate grassy and floral hops aromas up front with some light fruit - apples and pears - and yeast. Hops also lead the way on the tongue, followed close behind by slightly sweet bready malt and yeast, citrus and spices. Creamy smooth texture, lively carbonation, and very drinkable. ABV is not evident at all. Superb.

Super clear golden colour. BUT, even after 2 weeks standing there are alot hops in the beer. Light foam Clean hoparomas, gras, sitrus on the nose. On the palate, really rich malty feeling. Good balance between bitternes and sweetnes. Fairly lively in the mouth, but a good creamy Co2.

Pours a clear light golden with tons of tiny bubbles racing from the bottom of the glass to form an impressive white head composed of rather large bubbles that craters as it goes down. This beer also has a bit of sediment floating around in it. The beer has an aroma of sweet hops, florals and molasses. This is an interesting tasting beer. It definitely has a bit of hop to it, but more than that it is just a very strong flavored belgian styled ale. In my opinion, this beer could use just a bit more hops to help cut the sweetness, but I really like hops. Overall, this beer has a lot of good flavor and is easy to drink. For someone looking for a hoppy belgian that is a bit more belgian than hoppy this is a good bet.
