Pale dark yellow pour with massive floaties, small head. Grainy german malt aroma, almost some vomit notes, mostly sweetly german breadiness, some strange spice maybe with the malt aroma the hops(if any) seem medicinal and subtle Im detecting a poorly stored bottle maybe,or infection i notice a light crud ring around the neck so maybe this was autolized too or infected. Really it just seemed stale yeast tasting. There is a pronounce malt light sweetness, fairly good hop taste but bittering is subtle too, with stale yeast off taste.Bottle says ko9h7 09: 02 whatever that means. The 9.5 is very well hidden though with mild spicy and a heavy malt with balanced sweetness.

Draught at WVRST, Toronto Came with a big foamy white head, nice golden colour. Nose of sweet malt and fruit. Flavour is of lots of fruity hops up front that then makes way for a dry, earthier finish. Very well balanced by the sweet malts to make this a very refreshing beer. Great.

Bottle.Exploded out of the bottle so it could have been a better start.Left a big head behind which took time to dissipate. When it did it left a hoppy bitter beer,Slightly acidic finish and lots of lacing.

Big fan of all Urthel beers. This is the IPA in their gamma. Nice bitter taste, great hops. Very big nicelooking head after pouring. I’m happy they sell it in Belgium too, when it was eventually created for the American market.

Hazy golden color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of hops, yeast, fruit, & spice; Flavor of slight sweet malt, yeast, spicy hops, grain, light fruit, citrus, and some pepper; Finish is slightly bitter; Nicely balanced; The alcohol is well hidden. Overall, I enjoyed the hops.

Bottle 750ml @ home
Pours clear golden with a huge white head. Aroma has notes of malt, pepper and grassy hops. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Slightly hazy golden. Huge fluffy head. Aroma is mainly sweet malt, brown sugar, candy, yeasty, and floral. It smells so sweet I am almost afraid to taste it. The aroma sticks to the inside of your nose, it is so thick and heavy. The flavor is sickeningly sugar sweet. Also a lot of herbal, dusty hops, but it never quite rises to "bitterness". The fine strain of Belgian yeast also adds some nice spiciness and some distant tropical fruit. The finish is cloying and alcoholic. Not my thing.
