From a 750 ml corked and caged bottle, this poured a hazy gold, with the moderate white head with big bubbles and and good lacing. Nose of citrus and those spices you get from belgian yeast, Lively and smooth mouthfeel. Flavor is tangy with light hops and some sourness.

Sampled at the Alexi TN distributor’s tasting; thanks Jim Bird! Clear golden pour with small white head. Sweet belgian yeast nose, and lightly hopped. Not overly impressed on this. Cool bottle though.

Aroma of malt, cookie dough and yeast. Golden, pours a slim white head. Taste is assertive malt, lot’s of orange here, reminds me of Grain d’Orge Tradition. Medium bodied, alcohol noted. Very good, not really hoppy? great to try this on tap at Volo!

I tried this beer on tap on May 7, 2009 at "Smokeless Joe’s" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer was poured a beautiful translucent gold with a frothy white head about 1" thick. The aroma was sweet malt, hops, and some citrus. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was sweet malt, grapefruity hops, and a spicy bitterness. A very good beer.
