Cerveza muy rica, algo más amarguilla de lo normal para este estilo pero totalmente soportable. No se nota para nada que tenga tanto alcohol.

O que dizer de uma cerveja IPA na escola aromática Belga? Fantástica essa Holandesa. Equilibrada, frutada, lupulada, animal!!!!

Very strong hoppy blonde from the Netherlands. Pretty good but probably wouldn't be something I could drink all the time.

Tap at Bulldog NE. Bartender tried to talk me out of it which I think speaks volumes about his beer knowledge. A golden color with a half finger of steady head. Aroma pushes toward floral with a hoppy resin influence. Taste has an initial sweetness that gives way to a hop centric bitterness. Alcohol presence definitely noticeable. Spice makes its feelings known as the sip progresses. Aftertaste leans on the resiny, pine characteristics but it definitely works. Bartender could not have been more wrong. Solid beer. I’d Hop It again.

Bottle from Auchan Market, Luxembourg City!
Pours pale yellow with high white head. Smell is yeasty, fruity, slight perfumey. Starts with belgian yeast, perfume and lots of of spices. Goes into a spicy malty, sweet yeasty and slight alcoholic finish.

Bottle from beergusto web shop. Unclear golden color with huge white head. Belgian yeast, malt, citrus hops in aroma. Malty, fruity taste with citrus hops. Long fruity, hoppy bitter finish. Alcohol is dangerously hidden. Enjoyable beer.

Comparing the bottle and draft back to back at Eulogy in January 2015. BOTTLE: Cloudy yellow gold pour with a large frothy foam head. Full and funky. Whole wheat bread. Lemon verbina. Unripe oranges. White peppercorns. DRAFT: (top of the keg) Less cloudy pour with a very large marshmallow white top. Less sour, funk and spice in the draft as well - though all elements still present. Sensing stronger honey and candy caramel notes in the draft. More citrus pith in the bottle. ABV is nicely hidden in both versions. Nicely unrefined. More of a big hoppy Brett Farmhouse.
