330ml, bottled in Pothuiske in Maastricht. Fresh brew, very nice mild brown color, with thick foamy beige head with proper lacing. Malty with caramel. Very refreshing, with taste of freshly roasted malt and sugar. I love it.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a hazy, orangey brown with a dense and very lasting, off-white head - sorta shaving foam style. Aroma of roasted malt and brown sugar. Medium body with a fairly high carbonation, sweetish notes of roasted malt and caramel. Has a vague, underlying tartness. A very straight and accessible Belgian ale. 100307

UPDATED: OCT 27, 2007 Tap @ Den Tatoverede Enke, Cph. Pours a dark brown with a large beautiful beige head. Fruity aroma with berries and plums. Very nice full mouthfeel. Sweet with lots of fruityness and a liht spicyness at the end.

Rich red-brown colour. Aroma is slightly musty. Quite thin feeling in the mouth with no big flavours coming through. Slightly acidic, tart feel upon swallowing. Mediocre.

On tap at Oliver Twist, Stockholm 30 Nov 2006. Deep red - almost black. A stable tanned head. Very good looking! Fruity aroma: Peaches? Sourish fruity flavour.

Bottled: Very huge, off-white head. Dark rubin color. Kight roasty aroma, malt, tar (?), sourly-sweet. Flavor is sourly-sweet, astringent and light hoppy. Yeasty and candy flavor.

Bottle. Deep chocolate brown in colour with a large off white foam. Probably the brownest beer I have ever seen. Aromas are winter fruit, yeast and doughy cookies with spices. Flavours are sweet malts with chocolate and dark fruit. Yeasty with some lemon towards the finish. Quite dry on the finish. Has a good foaming mouthfeel. The brownest of the brunes.

Looks real good, dark amber. Big, lasting, off-white head. Malt, dark bread in the aroma. Flavor is more bitter, astringent perhaps.
