Medium body with a fairly high carbonation, sweetish notes of roasted malt and caramel. Has a vague, underlying tartness. A very straight and accessible Belgian ale. 100307

Bottle. Deep chocolate brown in colour with a large off white foam. Probably the brownest beer I have ever seen. Aromas are winter fruit, yeast and doughy cookies with spices. Flavours are sweet malts with chocolate and dark fruit. Yeasty with some lemon towards the finish. Quite dry on the finish. Has a good foaming mouthfeel. The brownest of the brunes.
