Ingredients: Water, Barley malt, Wheat (20%), Sugar, Yeast.
First brewed in November 2009. Top-fermented blond bottle conditioned beer. Urthel Saisonnière has a wide range of rich aromas and a subtle bitter taste. at 6.0% abv it is a thirst-quenching beer with a "bite". It produces a beautiful foam head due to the 20% of wheat. To fully enjoy Urthel Saisonnière, first pour half the bottle, then give it a twist (3x) to release the yeast and the wheat from the bottom and then pour the rest of the bottle into the glass.

Bottle. Yellow/orange color, large foam. Aromas of dried corn, canned chickpeas, strong citrus aroma that is noticable from across the table. Taste is a little dusty and watery. Corn flavor again, dried oranges. Large bitterness at the end. Aftertaste is cheese (overwhelmingly!), brie, old ripened cheese. Not the best saisonniere I’ve tasted.

Pale golden. Large foamy white head and good lacing. Refreshing aroma with gras and hay, with a hint of coriander and lime. Fine taste with decent hop bitterness and long aftertaste.

Nice head with fine bubbles. Quite a carbonated beer. Dark yellow colour, yet completely clear. The aroma is dominated by fruit and malt. I’d even dare to say citrus and banana. For the taste, the notes are also fruity with a citrus freshness, few hints of malt. The aftertaste is bitterness. Not much hops in there. Distinctive flemish tradition beer, very nice and refreshing, but according to me lacking the "hop punch" season beer usually have.

Murky yelow color with rich and white persistent head. Mediam carbonation. Fruity aroma, with apple, pear and banana hints; also toffee and malts. Taste is fruity as well, lemon and banana also present, with low malt and pine hints. Bitter aftertaste. Very pleasant and refreshing.
