Ingredients: Water, Barley malt, Wheat (20%), Sugar, Yeast.
First brewed in November 2009. Top-fermented blond bottle conditioned beer. Urthel Saisonničre has a wide range of rich aromas and a subtle bitter taste. at 6.0% abv it is a thirst-quenching beer with a "bite". It produces a beautiful foam head due to the 20% of wheat. To fully enjoy Urthel Saisonničre, first pour half the bottle, then give it a twist (3x) to release the yeast and the wheat from the bottom and then pour the rest of the bottle into the glass.

Bottle: Hazy yellow colour, with a big head. Aroma is werry fruity and citrus dominated, dust, bread and some pinapple. Flavor was a nice experience of fruits, citrus, typical belgian yeasty dominated mouthfeeling and a nice long fruity finish. Well done

In aroma, its spicy, yeasty and has a hint of banana. The flavor is crisp and leans toward a hefeweizen slightly. Not the most authentic saison but decent in flavor and pretty good if it didn’t have a style to conform to.

Pours cloudy light yellow with a nice frothy white head. Aroma is yeasty with some citrus. Taste is malty, citrus and straw leading to a reasonably bitey bitter finish. Not bad.

In bottle. Pours a blonde colour with a thick white head. Aroma caramel, wheat, blueberries and white pepper. Similar flavours with grassy hops. Heavy carbonation and light CO2 prickle.

On tap at Finch’s, Bloomington. Nice straw gold pour, with a slightly grainy, gritty look to it, and a big dappled head. Huge dry and spicy aroma is so inviting, more or less the only kind of thing I can imagine over a lunch. Spot on with some lovely yeast notes at the fore (both aroma and taste), backed up by subtly dry hopping, white pepper, mild floral notes, and a hint of sea salt in the finish. Very satisfying.

Hazy blond, small white head, aroma of citruses and dandelions, thin body, taste of , hoppy and bitter, orange, lemon and grapefruit peel¨mixed with dandelions milk on palate, some hints of herbal shop, but overall impression is quite well, , nice suprisingly rounded beer welcoming to a second glass, B@Home

Bottle from BoE. Gold with a white head. Yeasty, seaweed malt aroma. Slight sweetness in the taste, with a touch of peachy fruit. Mid to sharp bitterness. Very nice.

Bottled sample. Gold in colour with strong carbonation. Aromas are of pale malt, nettles, flowers, marshmallow, bubblegum, and a bit of spice. Far more spice forward in the mouth, with elements of black and white pepper, more pale malt, clove, green hops, lemon pith, and a touch of banana. Moderately malty on the tongue, but with a grippy dryness/bitterness on the finish. Easy drinking, yet still fairly complex.
